The "OG" is back! "Acquired" from the lowering line, often on their final jump, the yellow safety lanyard has been attached to the keychains of Paratroops for generations as a souvenir of their time on jump status. It is a subtle signal that fellow Airborne Veterans will immediately recognize but leaves legs confused.
For those that never snagged one on the DZ, had theirs stolen by a jealous Marine, burned in a nasty divorce, or lost along the way; Airborne Apparel Company is thrilled to have these lowering line safety lanyards back in stock!
These are reproductions of the original, handmade in our Michigan shop from the same Made in the USA raw stock 1" Nylon Tubular Webbing, thread, and gutted 550.
NOTE: While our YSLs replicate the look and feel of the originals and use the same materials for construction, they have not been rated or certified for use as an air item and are for personal use only.

- We ship via USPS by default, though other methods are available.
- Everything we sell is produced in house, on demand.
- We strive to have every order delivered within 7 business days.
- Production and shipping times are sometimes longer during the holidays and other seasonal "busy times".
- To improve efficiency and reduce misdirected orders, we print shipping labels at the start of production and automatically send tracking information 48hrs after production as started.
- If it's been more than 5+ business days since you received your tracking information and have not yet received your package, feel free to contact us using the link in the order confirmation email.

USPS First Class mail is available at checkout for some items. We provide this option as a way to offer lower shipping costs for small products, like stickers. (Who wants to pay $4+ in shipping on a $3.99 sticker?!). However, USPS First Class postage DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING OR INSURANCE. If you select this option at checkout, you will receive a notification when the order ships, but you will not be able to track it's progress. We do not offer refunds or replacements on lost shipments that were sent first class.
