Shipping Policy
Where Do Your Products Come From?
Airborne Apparel Company specializes in custom and limited-edition apparel, gifts, and other items for paratroopers and the Airborne community.
We design all of our products at our shop in Osseo, Michigan. With the exception of a few select items, we also produce our products in-house. Because of the specialty nature of what we offer, most items are printed or produced after an order is placed.
We produce and ship orders as quickly as possible, sometimes within hours of receiving the order. However, depending on order volume, production capacity, and supply availability, your order may take up to 5 business days to enter the mail stream.
How Are Orders Shipped?
Most orders under 1 lb are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. At checkout, customers may be able to select from available shipping options, including USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.
Sticker-only orders and other small, lightweight orders may be eligible for lower-cost mail options. Please note that some low-cost mail options may not include tracking. If tracking is important to you, please choose a tracked shipping service at checkout.
How Long Will Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping service selected, the destination, carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
The transit time displayed at checkout is an estimate provided by the carrier. USPS Ground Advantage generally has a 2–5 business day delivery standard, but delivery times are not guaranteed unless the selected shipping service specifically includes a delivery guarantee.
High-volume seasons, including Christmas, may slow delivery.
Once your order has entered the mail stream and tracking shows that it is in the possession of USPS or UPS, delivery timing and scanning updates are controlled by the carrier. We will do our best to help with delivery issues, but we cannot control a package once it is in the carrier’s possession.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information if the shipping service selected includes tracking.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created or after the package is accepted by the carrier. A label being created does not always mean the package has received its first carrier scan yet.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered production or shipped, we will do our best to update the address before it goes out.
If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address or redirect the package. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we can reship the order to the corrected address. The customer may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
If an order is delivered to an incorrect address because the customer provided the wrong shipping information, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. We will do our best to assist, but the customer may need to contact USPS, UPS, or the residents or business at the address provided.
Orders Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please allow two business days before contacting us. Packages are sometimes marked delivered before they are physically placed in the mailbox, parcel locker, or delivery location, and they often turn up within that time.
Before contacting us, please check your mailbox, porch, garage, side door, parcel locker, mailroom, front desk, neighbors, family members, or anyone else who may have accepted the package.
If the package has not turned up after two business days, contact us and we will help you review the tracking information and determine the next steps. We may ask you to contact USPS or UPS directly, as the carrier may have additional delivery details that are not visible to us.
Once a package is marked delivered by USPS or UPS, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. Replacement or refund decisions for delivered-but-not-received orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be delayed or has not received a tracking update for several days, please contact us and we will help review the tracking information.
Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or replacement once the order has shipped. We may need to allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery or investigate the package before determining the next step.
