Where do your products come from?
Airborne Apparel Company specializes in custom and limited edition apparel, gifts, and other items for Paratroops & Paratroop community. We design all of our products at our shop in Osseo, Michigan and with the exception of a few items, we produce everything in-house as well. Because of the specialty nature of what we offer, most items are printed/produced once an order is placed. We produce and ship orders out as quickly as possible- sometimes within hours of receiving the order. However, based on order volume, production capacity, and supply chain flow, your order may take up to 5 business days to enter the mail stream.
How are orders shipped?
Most orders that weigh less than 1lb are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Customers can select to have their orders shipped by USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. First Class Mail is also available at check out for orders that are fairly light/small, such as stickers. However, it is important to note that First Class Mail does not include tracking.
How long will shipping take?
While delivery times can vary based on the whims of the USPS, the transit time displayed at checkout (next to the shipping service) is fairly accurate. Please note that high-volume seasons, like Christmas, will slow delivery. Once the tracking information shows that your order is moving through the mail stream, we no longer have any control of it. We'll certainly work with you to help resolve any delivery issues and do all we reasonably can to make sure you receive your order.
