How to find your best fit
Measure a well-fitting shirt you already own and compare it with the measurements below.
- Chest width: Lay the shirt flat and measure one inch below the armhole, from side seam to side seam.
- Back length: Measure from the center back neckline to the bottom hem.
- Shoulder width: Measure straight across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
- Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve unless the chart notes otherwise.
Measurements are in inches. Allow for a manufacturing tolerance of approximately 0.5 to 1 inch.

Fort Campbell opened its own parachute school in August 1950 while the 11th Airborne Division was stationed at the post. At the time it was the Army's second parachute school, alongside Fort Benning, and it offered both a three-week parachute training course and separate jumpmaster instruction. The school grew out of the 11th Airborne Division's training mission at Campbell, where the division had been stationed since 1949.
The 11th Airborne remained at Fort Campbell until early 1956. Later that year, the 101st Airborne Division was reactivated at the post, carrying Fort Campbell's airborne identity into the next phase of the school's history. The Fort Campbell Airborne Course operated from 1950 to 1962 and trained nearly 30,000 Paratroopers before closing. This winged-helmet and 101st design reflects that later Screaming Eagles association while recognizing a school whose lineage began under the 11th Airborne.
