Measurements are in inches. Compare with a well-fitting long-sleeve shirt you already own.

Size Chest width (laid flat) Body length
S 18.5" 28"
M 20" 29"
L 21.5" 30"
XL 23.5" 31"
2XL 25.5" 32"

Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.

Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.

Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.

Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

This 90s-style PT shirt features the 44th Med BDE Patch, Tab, and flash.

Unit History & Information

The 44th Medical Brigade was constituted in December 1965 and activated at Fort Sam Houston in January 1966. Its Vietnam service included command and control of medical units supporting Army operations. After a brief inactivation, the brigade returned to active service at Fort Bragg in September 1974 and later earned campaign credit for the defense of Saudi Arabia and liberation of Kuwait.

The maroon and gold star insignia was approved in 1966. Its two four-pointed stars refer to the brigade’s number, while maroon and white identify the Army Medical Service. The patch, airborne tab and flash on this reproduction recall the brigade’s Fort Bragg identity.
