Measurements are in inches. Compare with a well-fitting long-sleeve shirt you already own.
| Size | Chest width (laid flat) | Body length |
|---|---|---|
| S | 18.5" | 28" |
| M | 20" | 29" |
| L | 21.5" | 30" |
| XL | 23.5" | 31" |
| 2XL | 25.5" | 32" |
Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.
Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.
Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.
Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information
The Tarantula Team is part of Operations Group at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California. Its combat trainers have observed and mentored units preparing for deployment, including the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division during a 2011 training rotation. That rotation also brought Canadian trainers alongside the Tarantulas, combining instruction in the field with a joint airborne operation and an exchange of jump wings.
The design’s 1987 date recalls the National Training Center’s airborne heritage. Army documentation dates that airborne training chapter from 1987 to the final NTC airborne operations on September 23, 2025, when Tarantula Team paratroopers jumped at Calvin Drop Zone. The fictional Bicycle Lake Brewing Company label celebrates the team’s identity and the Soldiers who helped train the force in the Mojave Desert.
