Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.
Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.
Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.
Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information
The 502nd began as a parachute battalion activated at Fort Benning in July 1941. It became the 101st Airborne Division’s first organic parachute infantry regiment in 1942. During World War II, the regiment fought in Normandy, the Netherlands during Operation Market Garden, and the defense of Bastogne.
The 1st Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment traces its lineage to Company A of the 502nd Parachute Battalion, constituted in March 1941 and activated that July. Its First Strike guidon reflects a battalion identity within the regiment’s broader airborne history.
