Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.

Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.

Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.

Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information

In February 2018, electronic warfare and signals intelligence Soldiers in the 173rd Airborne Brigade were brought together as a Combat Electronic Warfare Intelligence platoon within the brigade’s Military Intelligence Company. The platoon trained with new systems during exercises in Europe, combining the ability to detect enemy activity, protect friendly formations, and disrupt opposing communications. Its early equipment included VROD, VMAX, Sabre Fury, and Raven Claw. That work made the brigade an early testbed for dedicated electronic warfare capabilities at brigade level and below.
