- To improve efficiency and reduce misdirected orders, we print shipping labels at the start of production and automatically send tracking information 48hrs after production as started.

USPS First Class mail is available at checkout for some items. We provide this option as a way to offer lower shipping costs for small products, like stickers. (Who wants to pay $4+ in shipping on a $3.99 sticker?!). However, USPS First Class postage DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING OR INSURANCE. If you select this option at checkout, you will receive a notification when the order ships, but you will not be able to track it's progress. We do not offer refunds or replacements on lost shipments that were sent first class.
