Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.
Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.
Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.
Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information
The 27th Engineer Battalion, known as the Tiger Battalion, traces its history to January 1918 and service in the St. Mihiel and Meuse-Argonne campaigns. Its later airborne engineer identity became part of Fort Bragg’s 20th Engineer Brigade, linking combat engineering with the requirements of rapidly deployable forces.
During its 2009–2010 deployment to Afghanistan, the battalion conducted more than 1,900 route-clearance missions. Its Soldiers searched roads for improvised explosive devices, unexploded ordnance, and weapons caches while also improving infrastructure, delivering supplies, and training Afghan Soldiers. That work reflects the battalion’s practical role in keeping other formations moving.
