Long-sleeve T-shirt — Next Level 3601
Athletic Fit – Runs a little small. Please see sizing guide.
Measurements are in inches. Compare with a well-fitting long-sleeve shirt you already own.
| Size | Chest width (laid flat) | Body length |
|---|---|---|
| S | 18.5" | 28" |
| M | 20" | 29" |
| L | 21.5" | 30" |
| XL | 23.5" | 31" |
| 2XL | 25.5" | 32" |
Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.
Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.
Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.
Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information
The 307th Medical Battalion traces its roots to the 307th Sanitary Train, constituted in 1917 for the 82nd Division. In 1942, the battalion’s headquarters became the 307th Airborne Medical Company as the division converted to an Airborne organization. During the Normandy invasion, the company established a clearing station near Sainte-Mère-Église, treating casualties from both the 82nd and 101st and helping move them toward the beach evacuation system.
By the early 90s, the 307th Medical Battalion was providing medical support to the 82nd from Fort Bragg. After serving in Panama in 1989, the battalion deployed to Saudi Arabia and Iraq for Desert Shield and Desert Storm in 1990–1991. Dco moved into Iraq with elements of the 3rd Brigade and operated a clearing station that also treated wounded Iraqi civilians. On March 14 and 16, 1991, its medics joined the 450th Civil Affairs Detachment to provide care at a refugee compound in An Nasiriyah.
