Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.
Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.

Unit History & Information
The 345th Tactical Psychological Operations Company has supported overseas missions through teams that study local attitudes and develop ways to communicate with civilian populations. In March 2012, more than 20 of its Soldiers began training in Lewisville, Texas, for a roughly nine-month deployment to the Horn of Africa. The detachment was preparing to expand the psychological operations presence supporting the regional mission.
That preparation included operating and maintaining the Psychological Operations Print System–Light and the Product Distribution System. The company’s Soldiers trained to produce printed communication materials and transmit products through satellite communications. At the time, the 345th served under the 17th Psychological Operations Battalion.
