Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.
Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.
Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.
Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information
The 3rd Psychological Operations Battalion was constituted in the Regular Army on April 20, 1995, and activated at Fort Bragg on November 16. Its personnel came from the Psychological Operations Dissemination Battalion (Provisional), which had been organized there in July 1990.
The battalion’s lineage records Southwest Asia campaign credit and a Meritorious Unit Commendation for 1990–1991. Its dissemination role continued in later operations: during the 2003 Iraq campaign, the 3rd Battalion used broadcast systems to deliver radio and television messages and produced printed psychological operations materials.
