Size Chest width (laid flat) Body length
S 18.5" 28"
M 20" 29"
L 21.5" 30"
XL 23.5" 31"
2XL 25.5" 32"

Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.

Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.

Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.

Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information

The 508th Special Troops Battalion served within the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, whose identity was “Fury from the Sky.” The brigade deployed to Afghanistan after its activation and initial training, operated there into 2008, and was ordered to return in 2009. The special troops battalion was part of that brigade organization alongside infantry, cavalry, artillery, and support units.

Its Soldiers brought specialized capabilities to the airborne formation. Contemporary Army reporting on Company A describes combat engineers training in obstacle construction, demolition, tactical movement, and reconnaissance of roads and bridges. Other records place battalion Soldiers in Afghanistan with Task Force Fury in 2009. This reproduction preserves the battalion crest and the brigade’s Red Devil imagery from that period.
