Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.
Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.
Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.
Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information
The 551st Parachute Infantry Battalion trained in the Caribbean before joining the war in Europe. It jumped into southern France during Operation Dragoon on August 15, 1944, and later fought in the Ardennes while attached to the 82nd Airborne Division. The GOYA name remains closely associated with its paratroopers.
In January 1945, the battalion suffered devastating casualties in fighting near Rochelinval, Belgium, where its commander, Lieutenant Colonel Wood Joerg, was killed. The unit later received a Presidential Unit Citation for its actions during the Battle of the Bulge. This guidon design commemorates the 551st’s airborne heritage.
