Athletic Fit – Runs a little small. Please see sizing guide.
Measurements are in inches. Compare with a well-fitting long-sleeve shirt you already own.
| Size | Chest width (laid flat) | Body length |
|---|---|---|
| S | 18.5" | 28" |
| M | 20" | 29" |
| L | 21.5" | 30" |
| XL | 23.5" | 31" |
| 2XL | 25.5" | 32" |
Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.
Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.
Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.
Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information
The 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) was activated at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, on September 21, 1961. The group became closely associated with the Special Forces mission in Vietnam and later served in Southwest Asia, Afghanistan and Iraq. Its recorded honors include Presidential Unit Citations for Vietnam in 1966–1968 and Afghanistan in 2001–2002.
The solid black flash with a white border recalls the period before the group’s March 2016 changeover at Fort Campbell. At that ceremony, the group restored the yellow and red diagonal stripes associated with its Vietnam service.
