M 20" 29"
L 21.5" 30"
XL 23.5" 31"

Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.

Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.

Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.

Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information

Allied airborne forces entered Normandy before the beach landings on June 6, 1944. The U.S. 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions landed on the western flank to secure routes inland from Utah Beach and disrupt German movement. On the eastern flank, British and Canadian troops of the 6th Airborne Division carried out Operation Tonga. Their tasks included capturing the Caen Canal and River Orne bridges, disabling the Merville Battery, and destroying bridges over the River Dives. These missions protected the invasion’s flanks during the vulnerable first hours of Operation Overlord and helped the seaborne forces move beyond the beaches.
