How to find your best fit

Measure a well-fitting shirt you already own and compare it with the measurements below.

  • Chest width: Lay the shirt flat and measure one inch below the armhole, from side seam to side seam.
  • Back length: Measure from the center back neckline to the bottom hem.
  • Shoulder width: Measure straight across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
  • Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve unless the chart notes otherwise.

Measurements are in inches. Allow for a manufacturing tolerance of approximately 0.5 to 1 inch.

Unit History & Information

Hco 121st Infantry was the Georgia Army National Guard’s Airborne long-range surveillance company, associated during the early GWOT with the 221st Military Intelligence Battalion. Its Paratroopers trained for reconnaissance and surveillance missions that depended on small teams, reliable communications, and the ability to operate away from larger formations. That overseas experience predated the war: in 1999, company members trained in the Republic of Georgia through the State Partnership Program, while another contingent participated in Atlas Drop in Tunisia.

The company deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003, carrying out intelligence-gathering and security missions. Contemporary Georgia National Guard reports placed Hco at Fort Gillem and documented its deployment with the 221st MI Battalion. For these citizen-Soldiers, the war meant applying their specialized reconnaissance training to a battlefield that also demanded convoy security and other missions beyond the traditional LRS role.

In June 2006, approximately 175 members mobilized for the company’s second Iraq deployment, training at Fort Hood before moving overseas. Hco joined Task Force Ready alongside active Army and National Guard intelligence units, supporting intelligence missions across Iraq. The company returned in 2007 after a year-long deployment. Its GWOT history reflects both the Guard’s specialized Airborne capability and the repeated mobilizations carried by the Soldiers and families behind it.
