Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.
Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.
Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.
Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information
The Southern European Task Force was activated in Italy on October 2, 1955, as the United States and Italy strengthened NATO’s southern defenses. Its first headquarters was at Camp Darby before moving to Verona, while Vicenza became a major center of the American military presence. SETAF’s organization and responsibilities changed as Italian forces rebuilt and the Cold War defense mission developed.
An airborne chapter followed the assignment of the 509th Airborne Battalion Combat Team in 1973 and later service by battalions of the 325th Infantry. After the Cold War, SETAF took on new regional command and control responsibilities for Army and joint forces. This Headquarters and Headquarters Company reproduction recalls the headquarters community within that broader history, with its lion, airborne wings, SETAF banner, and “Make It Happen” identity.
