L 21.5" 30"
XL 23.5" 31"

Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.

Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.

Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.

Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

An original AAC design that honors our Airborne brothers in Deutschland. The left chest features the Luftlandebrigade 1 insignia and the eagle from the insignia isolated on the back.

Unit History & Information

Luftlandebrigade 1 was formed on April 1, 2015, when the Bundeswehr brought together Luftlandebrigade 26 from the Saarland and Luftlandebrigade 31 from Oldenburg. The reorganization consolidated their battalions into Fallschirmjägerregiment 26 in the south and Fallschirmjägerregiment 31 in the north. Its Saarland lineage reaches back to the establishment of Luftlandebrigade 26 in 1958.

The brigade combines paratroopers with airborne reconnaissance, engineers, and supporting forces. Its formations are trained to deploy by air over long distances, enter an operating area by parachute when required, and begin operations immediately after landing.
