Chest is the full measurement around the garment, not the flat width. For comparison, double the flat chest width of a well-fitting pullover. 2X and 3X correspond to 2XL and 3XL in the size selector.
Measurements are in inches. Allow for a manufacturing tolerance of approximately 0.5 to 1 inch.
