Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.
Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.
Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.
Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information
The Army’s Ranger course took shape during the Korean War. In October 1951, the Ranger Training Command became the Ranger Department of the Infantry School at Fort Benning. Its purpose was to develop officers and enlisted soldiers as small-unit leaders who could plan and conduct difficult missions under physical and mental stress. The Ranger Tab represents completion of that training and is an individual qualification, distinct from assignment to the 75th Ranger Regiment. The demanding field leadership tradition behind the tab gives context to the challenge expressed in this design.
