Lay the shirt flat on a level surface without stretching. Smooth out folds, then measure straight across from side seam to side seam, one inch below the armhole seams.
Measure body length from the high point of the shoulder beside the neck to the bottom hem.
Chest width is half the garment circumference. Doubling it gives the measurement around the garment, not a recommended body chest size.
Chest-width manufacturing tolerance: ±0.5 inch.

Unit History & Information
The Southern Command Network served the U.S. military community in the Panama Canal Zone through radio and television. Its roots lay in wartime radio service at Albrook Field, followed by the Caribbean Forces Network at Fort Clayton. The network adopted the SCN name in the early 1960s and became a familiar part of life for service members and families in Panama. Local programming ended on July 1, 1999, with remaining relays ending as the Panama Canal returned to Panamanian control that December.
