• Shipping via USPS and UPS are available.
• Everything we sell is produced in house, on demand. 
• We strive to have every order delivered within 7 business days. 
• Production and shipping times are sometimes longer during the holidays and other traditionally busy times (I.e., leading up to All-American Week). If orders are expected to take longer than normal, we will post a notice at the top of our website.
• Once orders enter the mail stream via USPS/UPS, their transit time is out of our control. We will absolutely work with you to help track down a lost or long-delayed package and may, at our discretion, replace or refund a lost order.
• If it's been more than 5+ business days since you received your tracking information and have not yet received your package, feel free to contact us using the link in the order confirmation email. Please review the tracking information prior to contacting us. 

• USPS First Class mail is available at checkout for some items. We provide this option as a way to offer lower shipping costs for small products, like stickers. (Who wants to pay $4+ in shipping on a $3.99 sticker?!). However, USPS First Class postage DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING OR INSURANCE. If you select this option at checkout, you will receive a notification when the order ships, but you will not be able to track it's progress. We do not offer refunds or replacements on lost shipments that were sent first class.
